One World Mental Health is located in Framingham, MA which boasts the largest population of Brazilians outside of Brazil. Dr. Sa dedicated 2 years of her life living abroad in Brazil as an immigrant, learning Brazilian Portuguese. She is now returning to the area after years of mental health work with Native Americans. The goal of this practice is to offer mental health services to Brazilian and Latino clients that is linguistically and culturally sensitive to the nuances and uniqueness of their ethnic groups.
